Do you have parking service?
"The establishment does not have parking, but we offer a valet service that will pick up your vehicle at the time you indicate at the hotel's entrance and will return it to you on the day and at the time of your choice. The cost of this service is 20 euros for the first 24 hours, and each additional hour thereafter costs 0.83 euros.
Does the hotel have a Luggage Storage Service?
Of course, both on the day of arrival, if your room is not ready, and on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage with us for as long as you need.
Do we have 24-hour reception?
The hotel does not have 24-hour reception service. Reception hours are from 8:00 to 22:00.
How can I access the hotel/apartments if I arrive after 22:00?
There's no problem if your arrival is later than our closing time, as our reception team will contact you via WhatsApp on the day of your arrival to send you all the necessary information to access the hotel/apartment without any problem or complication. However, we kindly ask you to present yourself at the reception the following day with your identification document in order to register you, and if the payment has not been made previously, to make the payment.
Is payment made at check-in or check-out?
We charge for reservations at check-in, so you can enjoy the rest of your stay without any worries, and any extras that you add during your stay will be charged at the time or on the day of your departure, as you prefer.
What kind of breakfast do you serve?
We offer a continental buffet for our breakfast service, where you can find a variety of fruits, juices of various flavors, and of course coffee with options for whole, lactose-free, and vegetable milk. Rye and regular bread for toasting and accompanying with Serrano ham, cooked ham, cheese, and butter, with different types of jams, as well as sweet options like pancakes and crepes, croissant and pastries. We also have yogurt, cereals, and muesli.
Do you have gluten-free options for breakfast?
The breakfast includes gluten-free pastries as well as gluten-free bread and cereals.
What are the breakfast hours?
The hours for our breakfast are from 8:30 to 11:00, but we also have it divided into three shifts to provide better service to our guests, which are from 8:30 to 9:15; 9:15 to 10:00; 10:00 to 11:45.
What is the price of breakfast?
The price of our breakfast if you book directly at the reception is €9 per person, while if you book in advance, it is €7.60 per person.
Can you smoke in the rooms?
No, all our rooms, as well as all our common areas, are smoke-free spaces.
I'm traveling with my baby, do you have a crib available?
Yes, we have a crib available at the hotel which will be fully prepared for you on the day of your arrival.
Do the apartments have cleaning service?
Yes, we offer a daily cleaning service. Our service will enter to clean and prepare your room every day of your stay, at the time you leave your apartment, if the guest so desires.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes, up to one day before your departure, you can leave us whatever you wish for our laundry service to have it ready for you on the day of your departure. Of course, this service will be charged separately from your reservation.
Do you allow pets?
We regret to inform you that we do not allow pets.
What time is the room available?
Our rooms and apartments are guaranteed to be available from 3:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Our guests have their room until 11:00 AM and the apartments until 12:00 PM.
