What time is check in/check out?

Standard check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

What time will the room be available?

Early check-in is accessible pending room availability. If the option for early check-in is not available the hotel can hold the guest's belongings while they visit the city and we will notify you when it is available.

Are private transfers available?

Yes, we have private transfer service on demand with cost. To arrange this service contact reception at info@hotelmidmost.com

Is there an option to hold guest's belongings before or after check in/out?

Yes, Denit is pleased to store guest belongings totally free.

What is the breakfast schedule? What type of breakfast is served?

In our dining room, a full buffet breakfast with various types of breads, local sausages, hot dishes and a sweet touch is served every morning from 7 am to 11 am. In case of suffering any intolerance, or allergy, we ask that you let us know in advance to adapt to your needs.

Are bathroom amenities included in the price?

Yes, we have amenities such as soaps, moisturizer and conditioner. Likewise, all rooms are equipped with a hairdryer and magnifying mirror that are included in the price. If needed we have a bathing cap and toothbrush.

If I need to wash or iron a shirt?

We have several options: We can provide an ironing equipment on demand or, if you prefer, we have an external washing and ironing service with an additional charge. (In Juniors and Suites already includes this ironing equipment).

Does the hotel have a daily cleaning service?

Yes, we have a daily room cleaning service included in the price so everything is perfect every day.

Can I have coffee or tea in the room?

Yes, you can have a tea or coffee in the room for free. In turn, you can also enjoy a coffee or any drink in the Snack & Drinks space in the lobby.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

You can use the outdoor pool of the Midmost hotel, which is 5 minutes from the hotel and is open all year, although it is not heated.

Do the rooms have a minibar?

The minibar in the rooms is empty, without products; At the reception you will find a selection of drinks and snacks you want at attractive prices.

Is there a crib?

Yes, the hotel has a free baby cot for children under two years of age and can only be placed in Design, Superior and Superior + rooms.

Up to what age is the extra bed free? What kind of rooms can you put in?

The extra bed is not free at any age; our Superior Plus rooms are equipped with two single beds or a double bed, and a single sofa bed.

Smoking is allowed?

No, by law all common areas and hotel rooms are non-smoking spaces.

Pets are allowed?

No, we are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the hotel.
