Their "Ventilla" concept, in a more relaxed format, includes a restaurant in the main lounge and a more laid-back offering in the "Wine Bar," including the hotel's garden terrace. Their hallmarks are an authentic and pure cuisine that pays homage to local produce, alongside the wolrd's largest selection of wines and vintages from the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin.

A carefully curated selection by the Echapresto Brothers, including the world's largest collection of Rioja Q.D.O. (Qualified Designation of Origin) references and vintages.
