SOLC’s new Gourmet Brunch introduces a refined culinary experience that bears the signature of our cuisine, showcasing the finest ingredients. Enjoy the new proposal with a bottle of champagne Moët & Chandon Impérial.
The experience begins with a welcome cocktail and a selection of elegant bites, followed by premium Iberian cured meats, artisan breads, and seafood specialties. Guests can also enjoy a carefully curated selection of hot dishes, made-to-order show-cooking creations, and an assortment of terrines, foie gras, and pâtés.
The journey culminates with an impressive buffet of aged cheeses and desserts, complemented by sweet creations such as chocolate and hazelnut cake, lemon tiramisu, vanilla and caramel mille-feuille, and classic favorites freshly prepared at our sweet show-cooking station.
