SOLC's Gourmet Brunch is a Sunday classic in Barcelona. Created by our chef David Romero, it features a variety of tableside dishes, such as the famous Eggs Benedict and Sea Bass in Puff Pastry Crust, along with a dessert buffet that will tempt anyone with a sweet tooth. The menu changes every Sunday depending on the seasonality of the ingredients.
