Enjoy the Tasting Menu at Restaurant SOLC, designed to showcase the diverse range of products available on our menu, blending flavors and origins, all prepared by our Chef David Romero. Immediacy, freshness, origin, and respect are core concepts of the hotel's culinary initiative.
Restaurant SOLC uses ingredients from its own garden in the Maresme region, as well as meat and fish from local producers. The restaurant was conceived as a tribute to the products that nature has offered to Catalan cuisine since ancient times.
