An ode to local products and Mediterranean cuisine 

Immediacy, freshness, origin and respect are concepts linked to the hotel's culinary initiative. To this end, the establishment itself has a farm in the Maresme area (a few kilometres from the restaurant and just a few metres from the Mediterranean Sea) where the vegetables harvested daily that diners will find on the menu are grown and which becomes a showcase for celebrating seasonal produce.
The menu is completed by fish brought in daily from the Barcelona fish market and exquisite meats from local producers whose quality is the ultimate symbol of trust.

  • • NEW MIDDAY MENU WITH 'ESCUDELLA' STEW: New lunchtime menu with a selection of starters, main courses and desserts with 'Escudella' stew option, elaborated by our chef on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We offer a variety of dishes with fresh ingredients from our orchard and local markets, Thursday and Friday we offer escudella menu.
